2 avocados
1 tablespoon onion
3 cloves garlic
2 teaspoon cilantro
Juice from 1 lime
1 teaspoon celtic salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon pimento
1 teaspoon scotch bonnet

Every recipe has plant-based contents
Today is guacamole so let us commence
Let's check out the ingredients
Avocado onion and garlic
Coriander a little bit of celtic
Juice from couple of limes and scotch bonnet
Give it a Jamaican kick
If you don't want the kick use a little cayenne
Don't forget the olive oil extra virgin
Even pimento coulda go in
When you have all the ingredients then you begin
Use a fork food processor or a blender
Blend the avocado to a smooth texture
Get the ingredients put them all together
Then give another mix and there you are
Simple didn't take a while
Guacamole inna Jamaican style
Avocado cold pressed olive oil
Everything from the soil

Get some green bananas they've got to be green
No yellow cannot be seen
An alternative to French Fries is on the scene
Follow this and you will see what I mean
Ripe bananas are easy peeling
But green bananas are a different thing
Their skin is tough so before we begin
Here's a great way of skin removing
Get a bowl of hot water put the bananas in
After a few minutes score along the skin
The peel comes off easy time for slicing
Cut it up to the sizes nice and thin
In a bowl little coconut oil prepare it
Add the spices that you want even garlic
A little pink himalayan or grey celtic
Massage with your hands give it a mix
Place it in the oven and preheat
Put the green banana fries on a baking sheet
Bake for 30-minutes should be complete
There you have it ready to eat
Believe me you will be very surprised
You won’t believe your taste buds never mind your eyes
Tastes nice I tell you no lies
When you try it you’ll realise
